Ford NZ and NZC renew partnership

New Zealand Cricket (NZC) has renewed its long-standing partnership with Ford NZ, continuing a relationship that’s been a cornerstone of New Zealand sport since 2009.

“The Driving Force Behind New Zealand Cricket” and the Official Vehicle Provider to New Zealand Cricket, Ford NZ first partnered with NZC sixteen years ago; its name now synonymous with not only the WHITE FERNS and BLACKCAPS, but also the domestic 50-over men’s competition, which carries its name.

The three-year renewal means the partnership enters an exciting new chapter following recent successes for both men’s and women’s national teams, reflecting a shared commitment to excellence and community.

“Ford is happy to announce we’ve re-signed to support NZC for a three-year agreement,” said Mathew Slade, Marketing Director, Ford New Zealand.

“This reflects the great relationship we’ve had over the years, our commitment to NZC, and our support for New Zealand sport. It certainly also reflects the fact that we’re some of the biggest fans.”

NZC chief executive Scott Weenink said it was an agreement that celebrated the shared values of both parties.

“Ford’s unwavering support has been integral to NZC’s success, and we’re delighted to continue this partnership,” said Weenink.

“Their commitment to our national and domestic teams drives us forward, and we look forward to achieving more together.”
