Captain Chris Gayle held the innings together with a superb unbeaten 146 while Fidel Edwards was on one at the close.
Australian-born batsman Brendan Nash made 65, following his 74 in the first innings, and added 124 for the fifth wicket with Gayle.
Jeetan Patel was the most successful bowler with three for 83 from 35 overs while James Franklin had two for 40 from 12.
