Van Wyk suffers forearm injury | McCullum to keep wickets

New Zealand Cricket today announced that Kruger van Wyk won’t take the field for the remainder of the Test match against India in Bangalore.

Van Wyk was struck during his innings of 31, sustaining severe bruising to his left forearm.   An x-ray confirmed there was no fracture but a fitness test earlier today determined he wouldn’t be fit enough to keep wickets.

Brendon McCullum will take over the wicket-keeping duties.
