The BLACKCAPS stunning Test-match form against India resulted in strong sales yesterday when tickets for the BLACKCAPS home series against Pakistan went on sale.
Strong ticket sales were recorded through Ticketek for the international season which starts on Boxing Day with a Twenty20 game at Eden Park in Auckland.
New Zealand Cricket commercial manager Peter Dwan said it was encouraging to see cricket fans take the opportunity to secure their tickets early.
“It’s going to be an exciting summer of cricket for the BLACKCAPS against the dynamic Pakistanis,” he said. “Not only is this the summer's only international men's tour but it will be the last opportunity for fans to see the BLACKCAPS in action before they depart to contest the ICC Cricket World Cup in February.”
Tickets are available for the three international Twenty20, six One-Day internationals, and two Tests through www.blackcaps.co.nz or www.ticketek.co.nz
