Sri Lanka win the toss and choose to bat

Sri Lanka have won the toss and elected to bat in the first One-Day International of the Compaq Cup tri series at the R Premadasa Stadium, Colombo.

The BLACKCAPS have included Nathan McCullum in the line up after he impressed in the second Twenty20 International.

Shane Bond will be joined by Darly Tuffey who also gets the opportunity after taking five wickets against Sri Lanka two days ago with Kyle Mills missing out.
