Anna Smith’s century helped State Wellington Blaze to an 11-run victory over State Northern Spirit at Trenton Memorial Park.
Smith hit 104 off 159 balls as part of a 147 first-wicket partnership with Lucy Doolan (56) which ultimately aided the Blaze to 222 for seven from their 50 overs.
ND was cut just short in their response, compiling 211 with two wickets to spare.
Wellington's Amanda Green took four wickets for 39 runs, with White Fern Emily Drumm hit 49, Anna Wilkins (49) and Tamara Gould (45) leading the chase for ND.
