Opener Luke Ronchi got the visitors off to a flyer with 41 from 21 balls.
It was a chilly afternoon in Leinster.
Latham top scored with 52 as his side posted an impressive 234-6.

Two early Hamish Bennett wickets saw the hosts slump to 15-3 in the third over of the chase.
Uncapped pace bowler Seth Rance also claimed a couple of early wickets as the Wolves struggled to get going.
Latham used seven different bowling options through the innings on a relatively low and slow pitch.
