South Africa has maintained pressure on Australia at top of International Cricket Council ODI rankings ahead of their series with the BLACKCAPS.

Following their completion of a 3-2 series win over Pakistan, Graeme Smith's side is now just five rating points behind the world champions.

The BLACKCAPS, in third, contest a three-match series in the Republic next month, and will look to close the gap on their hosts in the triple-header, which starts on 25 November.

Pakistan lies fourth in the table, with India in fifth position only by fractions of a point.
