India complete preparation

India have completed their preparation for tomorrow night's Videocon Triangular Series final against the BLACKCAPS with a four wicket win over Zimbabwe at Harare.

In a much improved performance from the home team, India were on the back foot for most of the game.

After the visitors won the toss and elected to field, Zimbabwe posted their highest score of the tournament. They were all out after 50 overs for 250. The majority of the runs came from Tatenda Taibu (71) and Charles Coventry (74), who put on 116 for the fourth wicket.

Despite the Zimbabwe bowling attack being weakened by the absence of Heath Streak, India were soon in deep trouble. At four for 36, a major upset looked quite possible. But a determined Yuvraj Singh (120) and Mahendra Singh Dhoni (67 not out) saw their team home in the 49th over.

The Indians will be looking for an improved performance against the BLACKCAPS in tomorrow night's final, where and Daniel Vettori are likely to be back to spearhead the New Zealand attack.
