ICC U19 World Cup

All 16 team have confirmed their squads ahead of the ICC Under 19 Cricket World Cup which begins August 11 in Queensland, Australia.

It will be the ninth edition on the well-renowned tournament, with Australia defending its crown from their 2010 victory in New Zealand.

New Zealand named its side of 15 back in April, as they look to claim their first ever title.

The team is made up of five players from Auckland, four from Canterbury, two apiece from Northern Districts and Central Districts and one from both Wellington and Otago.

Wellington’s Will Young will captain the side with former internationals Paul Wiseman and Matt Horne joint coaches.
 
The team leave for Australia July 24 and will play four warm-up games before facing Scotland in their first match on August 12th.

New Zealand team - Will Young (captain), Joe Carter, Sean Davey, Michael Davidson, Jacob Duffy, Cameron Fletcher, Ben Horne, Connor Neynens, Edward Nuttall, Robert O'Donnell, Matthew Quinn, Ish Sodhi, Theo van Woerkom, Henry Walsh, and Arnie Yugaraja.
