- Still looking for the stream? Try this direct link: http://bit.ly/SAvNZStream. Or scroll towards the bottom of the www.cricket.co.za homepage: you should see the player in a small box on the left.
- Important. Make sure you have Flash enabled. The Flash Player requires Flash to be installed and turned on (enabled) on your device. If you installed a Flash blocker in your add-ons, you will need to turn that off.

- Important. Orcon/Slingshot/CallPlus users in New Zealand, make sure you have Global Mode disabled. You may need to restart your modem by turning it off and on again to apply the change.

- Orcon customers: Log into My Orcon using your Orcon username and password.
Select Global Mode from the left hand menu
Click ‘Enable Global Mode’ to turn it on, or ‘Disable Global Mode’ to turn it off.
Restart your modem by turning it off and on again to apply the change - Non-NZ IP addresses will not play the link, this may be an issue for some NZ users depending on their internet provider.
- Still having trouble? None of this applies? Make sure your browser software is up to date or try changing to a different browser (Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc)
- Stream taking a long time to load? As with most data streams, users on slower networks or limited data plans may experience a lag
- The high quality feed may take a couple of minutes to load. Are you in an area with Ultrafast broadband (fibre optic cables) and still having trouble loading? High traffic to the website or on your local network may be affecting your experience — keep trying. We can’t guarantee it, but a number of supporters have reported that their patience paid off.
