Canterbury Wizard and BLACKCAP fast bowler Hamish Bennett recently visited Papanui Primary School in Christchurch to help support their language programme.
A group of up and coming journalists put Hamish in the hot seat and asked a series of questions to demonstrate their interviewing ability.
The talented Year 3/4 students are part of an extension programme and modelled the skills they had mastered to the rest of the class.
There was also an opportunity Hamish to give a few cricketing tips and sign autographs for the young fans.
