The BLACKCAPS will play all-rounders James Franklin, Nathan McCullum and Ian Butler who missed the drawn one-day Chappell/Hadlee series.
Kyle Mills (achilles tendon) and Ross Taylor (hamstring) were unavailable due to injury.
