Discussions between New Zealand Cricket and the Board of Control for Cricket in India over the weekend confirmed that the current ICC Cricket World Cup champions will tour New Zealand straight after the West Indies series in December and early January in what will be a bumper ANZ International Series.

NZC Chief Executive David White says he is delighted to have the summer programme confirmed.
“It’s brilliant that the BLACKCAPS will be playing five ODIs against the world’s top one day side given the proximity of Cricket World Cup in 2015”.
White says the venues for the Indian tour will be announced in the next week or so.
India last toured New Zealand in the summer of 2009.
