Graeme Aldridge became BLACKCAP number 166 in the second One Day International against Zimbabwe that is under way in Harare.
Aldridge came in for Kyle Mills who suffered a slight groin strain in the previous match. Team management said the injury does not appear to be serious and his absence from the team is precautionary.
Another change sees BJ Watling called in for Jesse Ryder who has picked up a stomach bug.
Jacob Oram, who was unavailable for the first match due to illness, returns to the team in a straight swap for Nathan McCullum.
