Persistent rain in Nottingham over several days meant the ICC Cricket World Cup match between the BLACKCAPS and India was abandoned without a ball being bowled.
The result means the BLACKCAPS remain top of the ICC Cricket World Cup table with seven points, one point ahead of Australia. India remain unbeaten in the tournament having played one less game than New Zealand.
The team now head to Birmingham where they will play South Africa on Wednesday at 9:30pm (NZT).

Still raining in Nottingham, but the forecast is better across the day for the @BLACKCAPS #CWC19 match with India. The ground staff will deserve 2 points if they can organise a contest after Trent Bridge's soaking this week.— Andrew Alderson (@aldersonnotes) June 13, 2019
