The second round of the first-class Plunket Shield championship features the return of several more Test BLACKCAPS - and it's free to go watch them play.
Headlining the selection news is Kane Williamson joining the Northern Districts squad for this week's match at Seddon Park.
It's a competition he hasn't appeared in since 2019, and the early leaders, ND, will also have the services of Tim Southee when they host the Auckland Aces in Hamilton from this Tuesday, in a four-day match.
It will be Williamson’s first competitive game since missing the recent Test tour of India with a groin injury.
All four-day matches are livestreamed free on NZC YouTube and live-scored on the NZC app as well as here at nzc.nz, with toss in each match - at Nelson's Saxton Oval, Dunedin's University of Otago Oval, as well as the Hamilton ground, scheduled for 10am.
