South Africa has knocked over Queensland for just 111 in response to the Proteas' modest target of 205-8 to easily win its tour match at the Gabba.
The Bulls were never a hope in the run chase after a disastrous start, with Jimmy Maher bowled in the second over by Garnett Kruger for a duck.
Things became worse for Queensland, as Kruger and Shaun Pollock destroyed the top order – the Bulls slumping to 50-7 in the 16th over - before being all out in the 28th over.
Kruger made his claims to be selected in the South African side for the upcoming VB series with impressive figures of 3-18 (seven overs), while Pollock finished with 3-22 from his eight overs.
Fellow paceman Mode Zondeki also contributed with 2-32.
Only veteran Andy Bichel provided any form of resistance, making a rapid 37 (33 balls) in the Queensland lower-order.
Earlier, Queensland speedster Mitchell Johnson took three wickets to restrict South Africa to 205.
Johnson snared South African captain Graeme Smith for six with the new ball then returned to claim Mark Boucher and Shaun Pollock with successive balls in the 38th over to hamper the South Africans.
The left-arm tearaway received good support from Michael Kasprowicz (2-35) as the much-vaunted Queensland attack wreaked havoc with the tourists.
Only Boeta Dippenaar (78), Jacques Rudolph (48) and Andrew Hall, unbeaten on 30, made meaningful contributions as the Proteas batsmen struggled for the second day in a row.
The tourists struck trouble early when Smith (6) and Herschelle Gibbs, caught by Noffke off Bichel, both departed within the first six overs.
And when Kasprowicz and Chris Hartley combined to send gun batsman Jacques Kallis packing in the 13th over, the Proteas were 3-44.
But Rudolph and Dipenaar steadied the ship, sharing an 85-run partnership before Rudolph was denied a much-deserved half-century when he became Kasprowicz's second scalp, caught behind by Hartley for 48 off just 56 balls.
